2 Humpback whales sighted on today's cruise just 1 mile east of Huskisson inside Jervis Bay, our passengers witnessed some spectacular breaching from the mother & her calf.

The whales are still in the bay, 4 whales were located near Longnose Point and further to were reported on the south of the bay near HMAS Creswell.

Mother and calf performed unbelievably, breaching constantly for around an hr today just off Hyams Beach - these humpbacks were inside Jervis Bay in almost perfect conditions.

Poor weather conditions over the past week has limited the whale watching opportunities, however the sun was shining brightly today and the seas calm. 6 Whales were located in the middle of the bay with all whales being active. There was lots of breaching and pec slapping to round off an excellent day.

More whales in the bay today, however winding conditions kept the sightings limited. Three whales were sighted in the morning and a further 5 on the afternoon cruise.

Another great day to round off a perfect week for whale watching. At total of 12 whales were sighted this morning with most giving a great display of breaching and pec slapping that the humpbacks are famous for. Condition look to be good again for the weekend so why not take the opportuniy to view the magnificent mammals

A perfect day on the bay today and conditions for whale watching were ideal. 10 Humpbacks were sighted in total inside the bay. Passengers were treated to some spectacular multiple breaching and pec slapping. It doesnt get better than this. Nature at its best

We located 2 pods in the bay this morning. One pod was just east of Platation point and the other on the eastern side of the bay along the Grouper coast. Breaching and pectoral slapping displays were the highlight of the cruise.

Today provided some of the best whale watching of the season with up to 16 whales in the bay. The young calf were putting on an excelleny display often joined by their mothers. Great viewing

A mother and a calf were sighted resting about 1nm east of Huskisson this morning. The whales slowly moved south to Plantation Point were they were the calf was observed feeding from its mother.

Today in calm and cloudy conditions our passengers sighted 6 Humpbacks inside Jervis Bay. These whales delighted all with repeated breaches right off Bowen Island. Not to be over looked we were visited by a large pod of approx 100 common dolphins.... great day to be with explorer cruises.

5 whales sighted on this afternoons cruise .2 of a nautical mile off Crocodile Head. Passengers had a great viewing of tail flukes and these whales were slowly heading south. We are currently in the peak period of the southern migration of the majestic Humpback whale.

Today was the start of the southern migration whale watching cruises that will run to mid November, and what a great start it was. We located a pod of some 6 or so whales just east of Point Perp and they were going off. We were not sure where to look at times as the whales were constantly active with multiple breaching and plenty of tail slapping. It doesnt get better than this.
